Barr
Barre is a total body workout that uses a traditional ballet bar to burn fat, sculpt muscle, and create lean lines. Proper alignment and controlled, focused movements are key throughout this challenging workout. Class will incorporate light weights, small fitness balls, and mats.
Barre socks are highly recommended and available in the H-F Racquet & Fitness Proshop.
