TERMINATION: Annual membership agreements may not be terminated by the member prior to the end of the annual term unless: (a) the member moves out of the area; or (b) the member cannot medically continue; or (c) member signed a month-to-month agreement. All termination requests pursuant to (a) and (b) above must be made in writing. For more information about the Club’s policies, visit hfracquetandfitness.com. The H-F Park District, South Suburban Special Recreation Association and Allenforce reserves the right to terminate the membership agreement when it deems, in sole discretion, that it is in the best interest of the Park District or the public.
ENROLLMENT FEE: All new members shall pay a non-refundable enrollment fee, of which the amounts, manner and time of payment shall be established by the H-F Parks Board of Commissioners and may be changed from time to time. The enrollment fee is a one-time fee, but if the membership lapses greater than 60 days or is terminated, a returning member is subject to the enrollment fee in effect at that time.
PAYMENT: If any payment payable to the HFR&FC is not honored, in addition to the other rights it may have, the Park District shall have the right to (a) assess a service charge fee for each check or draft so dishonored to reimburse the Park District for the cost of collection; and (b) terminate this agreement in the case of repeated offenses and collect the entire balance due for the remainder of the membership year.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: All members must keep their account information current. Send any Club-related correspondence to the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club, 2920 W. 183rd St., Homewood, IL 60430.
MEMBERSHIP CARD USAGE: All members must check in at the welcome center*, and pay any applicable fees before using the facility. Members are required to produce a valid membership ID upon request by HFR&FC staff. Damaged cards will be replaced free upon receipt of old card. Lost cards will be replaced for a fee.
LOCKERS/LOCKS: The HFR&FC is not responsible for the loss of personal property. Permanent lockers are available for rent. Daily lockers are available for men and women while they are in the building. Men and women must provide their own locks, which are to be removed from the lockers when leaving the premises. Locks left on overnight may be removed by management.
H-F RACQUET & FITNESS CLUB FEES: All members must “pay to play”.  Members are required to pay at the time of service.
