Fitness at the Club
Group Fitness
Get fit while having fun with Group Fitness classes! With a wide-variety of classes a week included in your premier membership, you’re sure to find the class that’s perfect for you. Most classes are leveled to accommodate those new to the class and to challenge the fitness enthusiast. Class will remain open until maximum capacity is met or the class starts. Classes include Zumba, Spin, Vinyasa Yoga, Step and more. All classes are taught by certified instructors.
Personal Training
One-on-One Fitness Training
Starting with a fitness assessment, a trainer will help you set realistic goals and create a personal fitness plan to achieve those goals. Work one-on-one or with a partner through a workout program designed just for you!

Specialized Group Training
These classes bridge the gap between one-on-one personal training and group fitness. The combination of small classes and specialty equipment will maximize your results helping you to reach your fitness goals.

Other Amenities
The Club also houses 10 indoor tennis courts and racquetball court, a 4-lane lap pool, plus a small group personal training studio and upscale amenities including locker rooms, steam rooms and whirlpools, and a member’s lounge. The Club offers personal training, group and private tennis lessons, special adult and youth programs as well as programs for special needs students.
