Led by our Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of athletic coaching experience, this program focuses on developing well-rounded athletes (ages 9-13) through progressive, age-appropriate training.
Recently utilized by the Flossmoor Baseball League (13 & 14U) for off-season conditioning.

Team Training (minimum 8+ athletes)
